Yes. Every product includes a Magnetic Play Guide created by therapists, educators, parents, and toy makers. The guide offers real-world ideas for sensory play, focus, calming, and skill-building so you know exactly how to use each tool at home, school, or on the go.

What makes SNAP products different?

 Our products are curated with intention. We select tools that support real child development, test them in therapy and home environments, and pair them with Magnetic Play Guides so parents get more than just a toy — they get practical strategies they can use right away.

Are SNAP products safe for all ages?

Each item is expert-curated, tested in real homes and therapy settings, and paired with a Magnetic Play Guide to help parents get immediate value. Our products are playful, durable, and selected specifically for children with varying sensory and behavioral needs.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes. We offer free 30-day returns on unused products in original packaging. If something isn’t right, email support@thesnapstore.org and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship in 2–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during holidays or carrier delays.

Can I contact you for help choosing a product?

Yes. While we do not provide therapy or treatment, we’re happy to help you find the best product for your child’s needs. Email us anytime at support@thesnapstore.org and our team will guide you to the right tools.

Are SNAP products meant to replace therapy?

No. SNAP products are not medical devices and are not a replacement for professional therapy or evaluation. They are designed to support sensory regulation, focus, and skill-building through play, both at home and alongside therapeutic work.

Do you sell your products on Amazon?

SNAP products are currently available exclusively on thesnapstore.org so we can provide better service, free shipping, and include the Magnetic Play Guides with every item. Amazon listings often lack guidance for parents — something we take seriously.

Do you offer discounts or bundles?

Yes we offer bulk pricing and seasonal promotions. Join our SNAP Facebook Community to hear about new products, ideas from other parents, and special offers adn email us at support@thesnapstore.org for bulk order pricing. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your package at any time through the carrier’s website.

Where are you located?

SNAP is based in Greensboro, North Carolina, and ships nationwide within the lower 48 states. We currently operate as an online store with no physical retail location.

Why do you only ship to the lower 48 states?

We currently offer free shipping on all orders, and limiting fulfillment to the lower 48 states allows us to keep that guarantee without increasing product prices. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is significantly higher, but we are actively working on affordable options. We expect to add Alaska and Hawaii shipping in the coming weeks.
